Our rooms are priced per room per night and includes a full Meirionnydd breakfast and VAT. All have flatscreen digital TV, complimentary refreshment tray, White Company toiletries and free WiFi (from April)
Arran - A ground floor room with a flexible twin or super king size bed and a walk in power shower in the bathroom. Refurbished this year it has a courtyard view.

Penygadair - A first floor room with a king sized bed at the rear of the building with wonderful views of Cadair Idris. Featuring a stunning 'A' frame beam and a full bath and shower.

Cymer - A first floor double room at the front of the building overlooking Smithfield Square with a shower.

Eryri - A first floor room with a King size bed overlooking Smithfield Square featuring a walk in power shower.

Meirion - A newly refurbished second floor room, Meirion is our finest with a stunning exposed 'A' frame ceiling and granite end wall, King sized bed and sofabed that can accommodate one extra guest. Bathroom features a walk in power shower.
Tariff - £95 - £115 (low season/high season) Extra guest £10 per night.

Low Season until 31st March and from November 1st. High Season April 1st until October 31st 2010.
Terms and Condition
* Sole occupancy discount not available on Friday & Saturday nights in high season.
A minimum of two nights stay will apply during any weekend from March 1st until November 1st, to include a Saturday night.
We regret that we do not have a lift in the building. A copy of our Access Statement is available, please ask us for a copy.
We allow dogs in one of our guest bedrooms and under certain conditions. For this we make a charge of £5 per dog per night (this is waived for guide dogs) Please ask for more details at the time of enquiry. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation if not advised of the dog in advance.
Y Meirionnydd townhouse is entirely non smoking. If a guest chooses to smoke in their room, or even smoking with their head stuck out of the window, we will charge for an extra full nights stay to allow for de-oderising and cleaning.
Cancellations
Seven days notice is required for any cancellations. We will always try to relet the room but if unsuccessful we have the right to debit the full amount of the stay from the card number quoted at the time of booking.
Three bedrooms or more
Deposit of first night's stay on booking - refunded if all rooms re-let.
